AIRDRYER II

AIRDRYER II is a compact hot air drying tunnel designed for plastisol, water-based, and solvent inks. It uses a Teflon-coated mesh belt with electronic speed control and a closed-loop air recirculation system for efficient, energy-saving drying. Heating is provided by chromium-nickel elements with PID digital temperature control and adjustable air velocity. The smoke chimney at both entry and exit is integrated into the dryer and is standard.

The AIRDRYER II can be fully customized to meet your specific production needs, with belt widths available from 50 to 220 cm and heating zones from 1.5 to 10 meters. Optional configurations include single or double belt systems, touch screen control, 45-degree opening, and cooling modules or cooling bridges at the exit, allowing you to build the dryer that best fits your workflow and application.
