Hotronix® 360 IQ® Hat Press

The Hotronix® 360 IQ® cap press is designed for versatile, precise decoration of caps and headwear. Its 360° printing capability lets you decorate the front, back and sides without removing the cap from the lower platen, while a secure holding mechanism keeps both hands free for positioning designs.

A universal, shaped silicone lower platen accommodates common cap sizes and styles without platen changes. Dual heating elements provide heat from above and below, helping achieve consistent results across different headwear applications.

The Fusion IQ® touchscreen offers individual temperature settings for both heating elements, timer control and access to production statistics. Automatic opening helps prevent over-pressing and simplifies operation.
