The Hotronix® Auto Open Cap Press is a compact heat press designed for precise, efficient decoration of caps and headwear. Its patented automatic opening mechanism lifts the heating element when the set time expires, helping prevent over-pressing and reducing the need for manual operation.
A magnetically assisted locking mechanism reduces operator effort, while digital displays for time, temperature and pressure make settings easy to monitor. The wide opening angle provides convenient access for positioning caps and transfers, and a centred pressure adjustment knob allows straightforward adjustment.
Supplied with a 9 × 16 cm standard cap platen, the press supports interchangeable platens for baby hats, low-profile caps, trucker caps and oversized styles. Additional cap platens are sold separately.
